Hi, as with lots of others, my Versa Lite won't charge. It was Friday/Saturday. I left it on the charger for hours and even used my older charger thinking perhaps it was the charger. I tried deleting the app on my phone (Google Pixel), and reinstalling. Now the watch won't turn on at all and when I try to cync it to my phone it says the watch is unavailable. 😞 So disappointed. This is my 3rd watch! Why does this keep happening?? I love it but I'm about to switch brands or give up... 😞

If you bought it with a credit card, they often extand the warranty and even double it. Hope it works for you. If you kept the receipt , proof of purchase etc. I might try with mine too.

Yes, they were VERY good about it the last 3 times as well. I am just wondering if it is the watch that is not very well built or if it's the composition of my body make-up that can't wear a watch. I am not that hard on it. I hike but I rarely take it off (unless to charge it). I don't know if I want to try again...

I’m 100% with you! Actually love the device but they just give up for no reason. So frustrating. You just want something that you paid good money for to work. Thinking I f changing brands.
