Fitbit Versa not turning on

hi,

from some days onwards fitbit versa was not syncing to iphone x. so i done factory reset to fitbit versa.

after factory reset fitbit versa not turned on. some times it shown 0%. after keeping charging also its not turned on. charging adaptor is good and i changed adaptor but no response so,kindly solve problem to Fitbit Versa
