Today I took my Versa into the pool. I’ve had this watch for over 2 years now. Suddenly my Versa won’t turn on. It stays on the screen which have all the dots. Turns off then back onto that screen. What’s wrong with my watch?

Hi @Shreeya2011, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
