Issues with Versa 2 after latest update

 I updated my Versa 2 last week and now it keeps switching off - goes to the Fitbit logo if I try to access one of the other functions. It also switches between the clock face and the Fitbit logo all the time.- not sure what to do to fix this. I am also having trouble syncing. I unpaired it with my phone and now it won't pair arghh!!!

Hi @mel.stu  Try restarting it several times and see if that gets it going properly again. If it doesnt, try a Factory reset. If it is still not working then contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
