@Preston.s Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times? Is your Fitbit mobile app up to date? Is there any update to Spotify app in the Fitbit mobile app (open fitbit app, tap on Versa, tap on Apps and scroll down to Spotify)? Do you have a Premium Spotify account? I believe you need that.
