My FitBit Versa 2 worked fine yesterday and last evening I placed it on the charger as it the battery was at 6% remaining power.  This morning the device is dead and will not turn on. I plugged device into 3 different outlets, 2 at home and one at work and it is not taking a charge.

This device is less than 4 months old.

@Mtfain welcome!  I assume you mean Versa or Versa Lite, as the Versa 2 isn't released yet.  If it will not hold a charge and is effectively dead, the only thing you can do is contact customer support.  I have flagged a moderator for you to create a support ticket.  Best of luck!

Good Morning 

 

I am having the exact same issue. My fitbit versa was working fine yesterday. When I woke up this morning it was unexpectedly dead. I placed it on the charger and it came back on (was charged) and when I placed it on my wrist it died again after about 5 mins. I have tried to restart it and restore it to factory settings but the blank screen still remains. 

 

Please can you advise me on the next steps on what to do? thanks
