if I knew the Versa 2 was not compatible with a LG20 I would have never bought this piece of **ahem**. What do I do now, buy a new phone that's compatible with my watch?

When a phone is not on the supported list at www.fitbit.com/devices it means either that it's been tested and shown to not fully work or it could just mean that it's not been tested.
