How can I turn bluetooth on to pair,  not used for a while, screen has fit bit logo on with all language messages saying to download the app!

It seems the watch had been factory reset?

In which case it needs to be setup again in the App.

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions
