My Fitbit doesn’t give me the option to reply to a text message when I get the notification. How can I rely ?? Do I need to restart my Fitbit? I just updated it when the update came out for the app / Versa Fitbit

Hi, make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your phone. If you don't, update it. Exit the Fitbit app, restart your phone and your Versa, restart Fitbit app again and sync it with your Versa and see whether quick replies are working now. Regards kuzibri

@allison62 iOS does not support Quick Replies. Only Android supports Quick Replies.

Oh darn! Thank you for telling me. On my Fitbit app I can customize my quick replies but hen I click the message notification on my Fitbit it will just have the option to “clear” not reply
