Was at my sons baseball game yesterday and my Versa randomly went off and then the blue fitbit icon came on like it had reset. The watch then went off again. For over 24 hours it has continued to go on and off like that. It will not sync to my phone or be found when plugged into my computer. I have done a hard reset about 20 times. Still just flashes on and off. Suggestions?

Hi @aaron51, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the constant restarts that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know how the hard reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
