Fitbit Versa's battery dying

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I put my watch on at 7:00 every day and by 4:00 it is dead. I do not use it that much daily. I use it tell time, get a few text notifications, and I have one alarm. I don’t understand why it’s draining that battery so quickly. It is fully charged when I take it off the charging station.

Hi @Laura528 That doesnt sound like normal behaviour - mine lasts for several days. Try restarting it several times and if that doesnt help, please come back here.

I have restarted my Fitbit and even adjusted some settings to reduce use. The problem is still persisting. By 4 pm it is completely dead.

Hi, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. Also mention that you already tried the restart procedure to solve the problem.
