Versa shuts off when scrolling down

Whenever i scroll down to view my notifications on my Versa, it restarts itself and I can't even clear the notifications. It has been doing this for a while. I have tried restarting it and some other stuff but nothing works. I really do not want to have to factory reset the device.

Hi @Bennyboyjammin I understand your reluctance to do a Factory Reset, but at this stage, with multiple restarts not helping, that is the next logical step. Before doing that though it might be worth trying turning the watch off for a few hours and then back on and see if that helps, though I kind of doubt it will. But worth a try. Go to the settings app and scroll down to About and it is the last option on the list.

@Bennyboyjammin Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turns off when you scroll down. By the way, thank you for trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

In addition to the great workaround that shared my friend @NellyG, I'd like you to try the clock face. Make sure to select one that is developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.
