My Versa works great or at least it did until yesterday. I noticed while I was sitting in a truck on a bouncy ride it tracked thousands of steps that weren't taken. It also seemed that the battery had been draining faster this past week. I charged it this morning during my shower. It was at 99%. I went to work, looked at my wrist and the screen was black. I tried holding the back and bottom buttons and then tried holding all 3 like recommended in the posts, but nothing. It's not even a year old yet. What should I do?

Hi, sorry to read that your Versa died. Contact Customer Support about this problem and mention specifically that you tried the restart procedure and a Factory Reset without any luck, cause this will usually be the first questions they will ask you.

@StephanieL75 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it turned off in less than a day. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After trying those steps, check out if your Versa gets back to life.
Thank you for your help @SunsetRunner!
