Hey guys,
Finished running sometime back. While running, at one time, versa showed heart rate as 188. When checked the run summary on phone, it showed maximum heart rate as 174 and on main dashboard the maximum heart rate was 152. (See rhe attached screenshots)
Any idea how to fix this and why is this happening?
Thanks,
Robin

Hello @RobinJain and welcome to the help forums. Your Versa summary gives you a pinpoint number on the heart rate. The heart rate trace from the exercise details of the run is averaged over one minute. The heart rate trace that covers 24 hours is averaged every five minutes. This is why the numbers are somewhat different.
Nothing to worry about.

Do they not know something so basic which you and probably many others know?
