I got the fitbit versa for my birthday. 6 September last. Now I have 3 small scratchen on it. Do not think so for such an expensive fitbit. Why not a geep protective film or something similar. I am very sad about of. I was so happy whit this beautiful gift. Van I do something about it or is it already manage forever? Did not even notice it.

@Gerda1967 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear about your damaged Versa screen. For this you can let our support team know about it. They will review the issue and provide options based on the warranty. You will get an email from them.

@Gerda1967 It's almost certain that support isn't going to help you and is just going to waste your time. If you bought your Versa with a credit card, the bank might take care of you. Or, depending where you live, consumer protection laws might force them to take care of you. And you can get screen protectors from Amazon or eBay. I recommend glass.
