Fitbit Versa screen blank

I have had my Fitbit Versa for under a year. Today whilst I was at the gym, I went to change my music via my Fitbit and realised the screen was blank and unresponsive. However the device still vibrates (like when I hit my 10k steps) and the heart rate monitor still flashes green.

I have tried charging it, restarting it and nothing works. Any advice please?

(I have a versa 1) This was just happening to me like 2 minutes ago. I charged my versa (although it was already on like 85%) from about 1:30am till 8:30am still no change in the screen by doing this so then I restarted my versa - held all my buttons down for 10-15 seconds then the Fitbit logo appeared and the vibrated shortly after then my screen was back to normal - I would suggest restarting it again

Thank you for your reply. Since getting back home it has been on charge, I've just trying restarting it again by holding all buttons and still nothing has happened 😞
