hi.. my fitbit versa screen has gone blank all of a sudden. When i charge it, updates happen on my cell to show steps, charge level, etc. but screen remains blank. I have tried factory reset but nothing happens. Please let me know what steps should I try.

I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display won't turn on even though you have tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a restart. In order to do so, please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, plug it in the charging cable and see if the display turns on.
