Fitbit Versa screen grayed out

Last Sunday after charging my Versa the screen was grey and not clear at all. After only two hours the battery was dead. I left it for a couple of hours. Same result. I have tried to reset and restart - but the result is the same. Pleas help. I miss my Versa.

Please follow the tips that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

I have tried exactly what is described in the articles. I have not made any
changes regarding GPS or notification. Everything was working fine until
last Sunday. My battery lasted for 2 days and suddenly only two hours and
the screen grayed out.
I have only used the clockface with the big numbers that Fitbit are using
in their commercials.
Do You have any other advice for me?

I have the same problem! The screen is blurry and hard to read from it, it was months ago and it hasn't worked out and the guarantee isn't working. But yesterday the batter died very fast. I unplugged the watch, it was 100 percent and after an hour it ran out completely. I don't know what to do, i got so used to this watch...
