Fitbit Versa screen malfunction and LED not working and steps not counting

I was wondering if someone could help me please. 
 
Just a few days ago my Fitbit screen was acting up, moving by itself and selecting options automatically without me touching it. I restarted it and it stopped doing that for a while and it started with the screen glitch again.
Now, my watch stopped monitoring my HR as the LED lights is not working. Again I restarted the watch a few times and the LED lights are still not working. I even tried to turn OFF and turn ON the HR monitor, still does not work.
It also stopped counting my steps.
 
My watch is successfully syncing to my mobile but it doesn't show any readings as it is not being recorded on my watch. 
 
Any tips will be much appreciated!!
 
I am not sure what to do as I have already restarted it a few times.

You have done the right steps. It doesn't seem to be functioning properly.

 

At this stage its probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
