I have had my versa since May 23rd...this past week it has been giving me hassle. I will randomly get the fitbit logo appearing on my screen, the time failing to show when I flick my wris . buttons not working and the screen unresponsive. Aarghh! Not what I'd expect from a special edition versa after only a few months. Can someone help please? I'm based in the UK if that is of any help. TIA

@Son72 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its screen became unresponsive.
Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
