Hi, my Versa wont sync to my Pixel 2 and I tried all the troubleshooting steps but of no use. I contacted the support team and they say its a known issue with Android 9 phones and they don't know when will this issue resolve. Anyone else with the same issue?

In order to provide the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
