Fitbit Versa shows data from the day before

Also once my fitbit comes on it shows the day before, so I have to get on the app to refresh it several times so it would change for today since the update.

@dasiyblossom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows the day before information.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I turn my Fitbit off at night before I go to bed. When I get up in the morning, I have to hold the 3 buttons down to try and get it to turn on and when it turns on it shows yesterday's steps and my battery is severely drained. I have to get on my app to refresh it several times to get it on the correct day.

@dasiyblossom, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it shows the information for the current day.

Let me know how it goes.
