@gppandey, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped receiving notifications.
I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Mobile is One Plus 5T. No change and still not receiving any notification
as a result of following the steps advised in the email.
Thanks for fixing the issue.I started receiving the notifications.
