All of a sudden my Versa watch won't vibrate at all - it won't vibrate for notifications, and even when I set alarms and timers it still does not vibrate. I don't know why it's started having this problem, since all of my settings seem to be fine, and up until now the watch has been working fine - I've had it for less than a year. I don't think the problem is with the iPhone I'm syncing it with, because even after unpairing the Versa and connecting it again, I'm having the same problem, and restarting both the Versa and the phone doesn't seem to have made a difference. I also tried doing a soft reset but that hasn't worked. I'm reluctant to do a factory reset and lose all my data, but I'm beginning to worry that I may have to try it.. Is there any other solution?
