Fitbit Versa stopped working for no reason

My Fitbit Versa, stopped working around 7:30pm. All day it wasn't syncing and just simply wasn't connecting to my phone, but it was counting my steps normally. I turned it on to check the time and that was the last time it worked. When I got home I noticed the time was 1 hour and 40mins behind. (Fitbit also had 83% battery). I tried to fix it but it kept saying I needed to reconnect my versa. I tried for 4 hours, endlessly trying to:
Fitbit - Sync, shut down, reboot, unpair and re-pair.
Samsung galaxy S10e - Change phones wifi connection, clear all bluetooth connections, restart phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
HP gaming Omen - Change Laptops wifi connection, restarting it, clearing the bluetooth, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Web browser - wouldn't connect at all.
NOTHING WORKED. I followed so many guides. And after I tried unpairing and re-pairing my phone and laptop won't even find the versa. Again this lead to many restarts and changing of connections.
I tried to avoid this but I ended up factory resetting and it still won't pair up with my phone or laptop even with me uninstalling/reinstalling, shutting down my internet and rebooting, restarting all items. It still refuses to connect/show up on any of them.
I am so upset at how much time I've wasted trying to get this thing to work. At this point I'm ready to throw it in the trash I'm so frustrated and upset. If I haven't already I'm going to lose all my progress and data and it's so heartbreaking knowing the last 10 months are nothing. Please, any help would be amazing! (Fitbit is only 10 months old).

Hi @ChloT , did you upgrade to the latest version  70.7.14? If yes, then this might cause your problem(s). A lot of Versa users are complaining about problems after this update. Since your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support and let them also know what you already did to solve the problem. Regards kuzibri
