Fitbit Versa swipe screen not working

Hello, 

 

I have noticed recently that my Fitbit Versa isn’t working. I have set it to a Fitbit clock face and reset factory settings. It’s works for a bit and then stops. It won’t let me swipe my screen to select an activity when I want to exercise. Also during exercise when I went to end the exercise it won’t let me stop it. It’s extremely frustrating. I’m an IOS user. 

Please help!!

Hi @Haylzk  as the factory reset didnt help I think you need to contact Support
