Screen has been playing up for a few days, unresponsive or slow. Pressing other buttons instead of what i’m pressing. Screen has just scrambled with coloured lines down, can’t get a clear screen. Not sure what to do??

Hi @KellyBu , if you're not able to use the buttons to restart or Factory Reset your Versa, call Customer Support asap. Hope it's still under warranty, regards kuzibri
