So my issue started Thursday last week. The time wasn't Syncing correctly. I looked online and found this.
-Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
-Click Settings.
-Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.
-After saving your changes, force sync your tracker: Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer. Click Sync Now.
After trying that it still wasn't working so I restarted it. This is done by holding the left button and the bottom right button for 10 seconds.
The fit bit came on but the time wasn't correct so i did a factory reset.
went to the Menu, Then settings, Scrolled down to About then reset.
I was stuck on the fit bit logo So I restarted my fit bit. I'm at the point where it wont sync with my app nor will is pair with my phone. I have unpaired with all devices, performed multiple restarts, Phone/watch. I have uninstalled the fit bit application tried creating another account but I have no such luck. If anyone can please help I would greatly appreciate it.
