I bought my Versa a little over a year ago. Last week it turned off twice and had to do a reset to turn it back on. It now will not synce with my phone. I have tried multiple suggestions on this topic and nothing will work. All settings are exactly as they have been on my phone and Fitbit. I do not swim or shower with it on. Please tell me these last longer than one year!!!
