Hello @Evaortiz1992
I would try a different electrical outlet first, then try to charge it from the USB on your computer, if you still are experiencing problems, call support at the link below:

Mine was doing the exact same thing. It worked perfect for the last 6 months then all the sudden today I put it in the charger they sent with the Versa and it just wouldn’t charge. I reset it. Turned it off and back on, cleaned the charger and Versa with alcohol, everything I could think of. Nothing worked. So I bought a new charging cord from Walmart and now it’s charging perfectly.

i forgot my charger at home, so I bought a new Fitbit charger. Mine won't charge unless I hold down the bottom while on the charger!
Cleaned both, still no luck.

Hi, my Versa got down to 5% battery when I put it on charge. Making sure it was charging, I left it overnight to fully charge. In morning there was nothing. No response at all. I pressed and held all the buttons for variety of minutes and all the buttons in combinations and lengths of time. Nothing happened. Just a black screen. I used another charger from another Fitbit Versa. Nothing worked. This went on for two days. The 3rd night I put it back on original charger and left it. I’d given up and had to borrow my friends as couldn’t do without it. Then in the evening of the 4thday, I thought i’ll Just give it another go at the buttons and when I took it off the charger it lit up and on full charge too. How happy was I. So, don’t be too quick to give up.
