Good evening all,
I am very unhappy that my fitbit has died on me, not even a year old!
I put it on charge and it flicks on briefly and you think yay its working then all of a sudden boom..
Lights out no charge, nothing but dead versa =(
I would be very grateful if somebody could help.

Hi @NathanWilde , call Customer Support about this problem, might be a battery problem or another hardware problem. Since it's less than one year old, you should have still warranty andmaybe get a free replacement. Regards kuzibri

@NathanWilde welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @SunsetRunner advised.
I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
