Fitbit Versa won't charge

I've had my Versa for about 18 months and love it.  In May, I couldn't get it to charge at all.  I made sure the charger and the connection on the watch were clean. I planned to order a new one but then decided to try it one more time a week ago and it worked! But, sadly, during the past couple days the charge wouldn't hold. It also went wacky last night, saying my heart rate was 185 when I was laying in bed watching TV, before not being able to detect the heart rate at all (I felt fine but then started to panic!). Please advise on how to fix, or do I need to replace?

I have had my Versa for about four months. One day it all of a sudden went dead. It will charge but the battery is dead again within 3 or 4 hours. One day I watched the battery life go down like it was a clock ticking. Do I need to buy another Versa or is there a way to change the battery or get it fixed?

If it is less than a year old should still be in warranty and they should replace it contact support
