Got Versa as a Christmas present and finally tried to get started today. Well it syncs to my tablet but not my phone and it will not come one. Just keep rolling the to get started in several different languages. Tapping shipping pushing buttons does nothing. It will vibrate when it syncs and that's about all. Very disappointed.
That was suppose to be tapping and swipping and pushing buttons does nothing.

I would like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't connect with your phone and won't come on.
I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.
