Hi. Why doesn't my fitbit app work. When I try to open Wi-Fi setting it keeps loading and I can't open it. I can't sync the versa to the app either. The app says the versa isn't connected, the versa says I have to fix it in the app, and the Bluetooth won't pair the versa cause the app isn't responding. What to do? I have reinstalled the app, shut the versa down. I have shut off wifi and tried with 4g. I think I've tried everything. //Charlie

@Chmar, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't connect with your Fitbit app. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please remove your Fitbit Versa from your phone's Bluetooth devices list. After this, restart your watch as described in this help article. Finally, try setting up your Versa from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.
