Hi can anyone help at all. My Fitbit app has been upgraded & now my Fitbit won’t connect either with Bluetooth or WiFi. I’ve even done a factory reset as I got so frustrated & it still will not connect. Help me lol

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already did but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it syncs properly.

Mine stopped syncing after a charging last night and now I can't even see my 2G Wifi network anymore. Won't show a network list at all. Something has gone wrong and the better fix it immediately.

Wanted to update my post to report that over the weekend I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it. Afterward, my home wi-fi became available again so I logged into the app and set it back up. All my information reloaded and I didn't lose anything. I had to go back through and set up which apps to receive notifications but I'm pleased to report that I am now receiving notifications again. I can't say for everyone else but this has worked for me so far.
