So I started having issues with my Fitbit versa a few weeks ago when it wouldn't last longer than 24hrs.....It used to be good 4-5 days. Then last week it was dead in less than 12hrs. 2 days later I couldn't get it to charge or do anything. I tried different outlets, a new charger, cleaning it but nothing has worked. It's not even a year old!

@Cutiepie6780 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the battery draining issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via phone as advised @SunsetRunner. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
