Hi! I have worked with the people in support via chat and we were able to get the versa to restart and it seemed to work fine - now the screen won't swipe - I just did another restart and suddenly it takes me to fitbit today - steps heart rate and activity - I can get into that settings - but nothing else. I use a tempered glass cover on the screen - always have - but I have removed it too - still nothing - text messages show up when they come in as do phone calls, but I cannot swipe to review or delete messages - my clock shows up but virtually at the moment all it is, is a watch for telling time - not sure what to do from here.
Not sure if it makes a difference - Fitbit Versa Special Addition - thanks.

Regarding the swiping issues that your Versa (SE) has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some information. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
