I had my fitbit versa for about 2 years now and I'm not using it for about 3 months. When I tried to sync it can't find my Versa. My versa is turned on and charging I also tried all the trouble shooting, unistall and reinstalled the app, even use 2 phone to sync but no luck. Does my Versa comes to an end? BTW I can still play Flappy Bird on this thing. Any tips or advice will be appriciated. Thanks!

Okay, lets get your current status
What phone do you have?
What is your app version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
And what is your watch version, the App thinks you have?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Firmware Version at the top |
What is the version on the watch?
On the watch Swipe left Settings Scroll to the bottom Click About Version near the top |

I have a Samsung S20 Ultra, my app version is 3.37.1
I can't give you the info of the watch tho cause I factory reset it (I think it will fix the problem when I factory reset it) . Now it's stuck on the Fitbit logo.

After a factory reset its now a new watch and you should set it up as such, see setup procedure

Btw - what does the App think the version is [above instructions] - also
Also your phone is not on the compatible phone list. So it may work but Fitbit doesn't guarantee its operation

I think the bluetooth from my Fitbit versa is not working anymore. I tried to search it with just bluetooth and not the app and it couldn't find it. Is this even possible and is theirs a way to fix this? RIP my fitbit 🥲

I have been having problems with my Versa synching to my iPhone for days. Every day, I go through various troubleshooting techniques and somehow get it to work, but then the next day (or even later in the day) it stops synching again and I have to go through it all over again. Unbelievably frustrating. This is getting so annoying that I'm considering dropping Fitbit (after being a loyal user for years) for an iWatch.

You can check if Bluetooth is working after restarting the watch using a monitor App "Find My Bluetooth Device" by VT-droid in the Play Store.
Another thing to check is there are no other Bluetooth devices on when you are syncing with the Fitbit App.
And DO NOT do a factory reset.
Did you do the setup procedure?

I did install the app and restarted the watch. The watch is turned on and charging while scanning for available bluetooth devices. Even the app couldn't find the Versa. I think this is a hardware issue on the bluetooth chip or something.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
