Brand new versa arrived in mail on charged it and now it will not turn on at all. Very very disappointed! Never got to use it want to send it back and not even get a new one! Have tried many times to start or restart nothing. Help.

Did it turn on before placing it on the charger? It should have vibrated and turned on when hooking up the charger, did it do this?

@Aluisi Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't turn on, even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
I'd like to help you with this and turn the bad experience you've had into a good experience if you haven't sent it back.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. As a side note, I'd like to know for how long did you leave your tracker in the charging cable.
