Sunday morning I woke up to my Fitbit Versa not turning on. I thought it was odd since i had charged it the previous day but decided to throw it back on the charger to see if it was an issue. I let it sit on the charger for 10 hours and it still didn't turn on. I came to the forums and saw about resetting it, which I tried and I held the buttons for 9 minutes and the watch face never lit up. I am not sure what I should do. Please help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains some steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed the steps that haven't been performed. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
