Bought jan 2019. Worked amazing up until August now it goes dead before 8 hr shift is over at work....wont swipe either direction...have tried resetting etc and just goes back to same thing beyond frustrated.

@Stoney65 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa screen won't swipe to any direction. I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I've done that multiple times changed faces and still wont swipe battery drains push top right button goes to rin mode that's it btm right pulls up weather...never did prior to all this mess or non working functions
Even updated ...nothing...deleted inpaired and repaired ...nothing. it just doesn't work.
That's should say unpaired

@Stoney65 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
