Fitbit Versa

My Fitbit Versa will not register my Heart Rate or I do not get Sleep results. I've restarted my Fitbit and the Fitbit app on my phone and have done a Factory Reset 4 times with no results. The Red or Green lights on the back of my watch are Not lighting up. I have had my Fitbit for 10 months and really missing these features. I'm not sure which direction to go now...

Hi @dhanes , sorry to read that your Versa is not working like it should. Since you have undertaken all the right action to solve the problem with no luck, I will strongly advice you to call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
