So my husband bought me a fitbit versa for Xmas last year so I could track my heart rate, sleep and steps... I loved it sooooo much! I was about to buy one for my mom and my husband when mine stopped tracking my heart rate and the light on the back was stuck on and the battery started draining very quickly eventually the light on the back went off for good but the battery still drained very quickly. It was just before 6 months of owning it... I contacted customer support and I tried everything... They never offered to replace it or have me send it in to fix it... Nothing. They had no problem taking my money and they gave me convenient answers on what I can do... But with zero results... It doesn't even turn on anymore... Garbage. Thank God I didn't buy two more...

Hi @Caroljnz when did you last contact customer support? You have at least a one year warranty in the US.
