My app keeps crashing every time I go on after an up-Date 2 days ago and my watch has started draining. I have to charge it everyday. Anyone else had this?

This is happening to me too. App crashes every time I open and my Versa stained in just a few hours.

@Soopoo Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here too @futureme! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issues that you've experienced with your Fitbit app.
I would like to know if the issue persists or if the your Fitbit app is not crashing anymore. In the meantime, please make sure that your phones have the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in and see if the app keeps crashing.
@Soopoo Regarding the battery draining, please let me know if the issue is still happening and I'll be happy to follow up as well.
