  • Just bought versa 2 and downloaded the app. When I tried to log in it says fit bit is down for maintenance. It's like that for the whole day and night. What do I do?

Hi @LilyRoseDaisy  That sounds a bit odd. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try uninstalling the app, then reinstall it and see if it will let you log in then. Do you have an account already? If not you will need to set one up. These two Help Articles might help you.
