Hi @LilyRoseDaisy That sounds a bit odd. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try uninstalling the app, then reinstall it and see if it will let you log in then. Do you have an account already? If not you will need to set one up. These two Help Articles might help you.
