Fitbit app keeps freezing and closing down since upgrading to versa from a blaze

I have a Samsung galaxy A5 (2017) and since upgrading to a versa from a blaze the app is constantly freezing and closing down.  Anyone else had this or does my phone need upgrading too ?

Hi, sorry to read that the update did not finish. You do not need to upgrade your phone's sofware. Have a look at this little guide that gives you suggestions about to update your Versa to the latest Firmware Version: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t....
