Having an issue where daily my watch hits my 10k steps but the app is stating something completely different after syncing. Tuesday 12th was the last time it worked correctly. The step count is off, much lower.
Causing issues as raising money for a charity and don’t have evidence of progress now to present.
Bren having lots of issues with Fitbit recently, maybe time for a change.

Hi @Enich80 - if you switched to the new V4 Fitbit App released in September 2023 it's possible you added your phone as a device to your account so this can give you a wrong step count.
To check go to the device connected to view in the Fitbit App and remove the phone from the account (known as MobileTrack ). See How do I track my steps with Fitbit with my phone?

shame I can’t get back the data for the last three days but great it’s working now.
