I don’t know why when my versa says I’ve completed my goal of 10 hours moving... my Fitbit app doesn’t registered the goal. Any ideas? Is it my versa o my app that is wrong ?

In order to resolve difficulties to sync, please follow these instructions.
Whether you continue experiencing difficulties, to find out if the problem is with the app or the Versa please let me know if none of the dots appear on the app or if they don't match what is shown on your Versa?
