Fitbit app not updating data

I have a new dashboard screen today.

It is stuck on data from 27 Aug. Today being 29 Aug.  Yes,  I have been through all diagnostics, uninstall etc.

I do not have the time spare to be dealing with FitBit failings on such a regular basis.

Failed roll out after roll out hardware, software & app updates. Release of hardware & software that 9/10 are all as good as still being in a beta status. That was the Ionic. Owned it for less than a month before returning it.

That is when i should have moved to Garmin or Polar.

R&D before release?

Where is it?

Are 'we' the end users & the 'community forums your answers' your long suffering & free R&D department?

I was already on fence moving to either Garmin or Polar over mileage not being recorded during bike rides as it is; but this, today?  Another failed app update with no warning?

This Versa is positively the last Bit product I will ever own.

FitBit you tested my product & brand loyalty once too often.

@AlvaroFitbit    Outcome?  Apple watch 4 GPS.  When Versa dies that is it with FitBit.

14 months ago & 2 weeks into owning the Versa; hair line crack appeared in the screen.

I rang it in.  Was told to wait until the crack presented operational issues.

6 months later when crack became an issue being the screen will not (still does not do so) always swipe?

I was told 'onus was on me' and that a cracked screen is seen as fair wear & tear. Even though I desperately tried to get person I was talking with to understand the crack happened first weeks owning it, that  I had not caught, banged or struck the watch to cause it and that I had done as asked in the previous call & now FitBit was screwing me over.

As said,  when this Versa dies?  So does my custom too & with FitBit.
