My Fitbit Versa 2's button suddenly stopped functioning after being perfectly fine for two years. I cannot turn my Fitbit off and on and exit from apps. The button was functioning fine yesterday but it suddenly stopped working today. When I press it does not make any clicking sound and just retracts after pressing it. My Fitbit does not have any other problem other than the button functioning improperly. I have looked through the Fitbit forum and tried the possible solutions but none of them worked. Is it possible that the button was shifted to another position in the watch? Do they do Fitbit repairs at Best Buy (That's where I got my watch from)? Please let me know if there are any other solutions. The solutions I tried were restarting my watch, charging my watch, cleaning around the button, and removing gunk and moisture inside of the button.

Hi @SisiL - There are no repairs for Fitbit watches. It seems you have tried the main options, but to be sure you restarted the watch [after syncing] via the full Shutdown in the watch Settings, About menu? And waited around 10 seconds for it to complete before placing on the charger to restart it?
